"This spot in Coburg is an incredible eating establishment serving up some awesome American BBQ grub! The Brisket and Beef Short Rib were our favourite dishes of the night. Customer service was exceptional and we had a faultless dining experience.

"Had a lovely lunch at Bluestone with my friend few weeks ago! The staff were super friendly and we enjoyed some tasty dishes. I highly recommend the Southern Fried Chicken (my favourite).

"We had the pickmasters pick 3, which was a spread of various meats and other dishes. All the food was well presented and absolutely delicious. Service was exemplary. Would recommend in a heartbeat and will definitely be going again.

"We come here every fortnight as a group. The staff are friendly and prompt. They are welcoming of groups and dogs. The food is absolutely delicious! Everything that we've ordered has exceeded our expectations. I definitely recommend the grits, I'd never had them before and now I'm obsessed. They're so creamy, they balance out the strong saltiness of the meats perfectly.

"Brought my girlfriend here for Valentine’s Day dinner & both absolutely loved this place. We can’t decide which was better, the service or the food, both were exceptional!! The selection of local craft beers was also great!! Definitely will be back there soon.
